Terms and Conditions of “MTR Advertising The Best of the Best Awards 2018 Online Voting” Lucky Draw:

1. The organizer of this event is JCDecaux Pearl & Dean Limited and MTR Corporation.
2. Staff and family members of JCDecaux Pearl & Dean Limited and MTR Corporation and the relevant agencies are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw.
3. Participants must read the terms and conditions of “The Best of the Best Awards 2017 Online Voting” Lucky Draw activity (Trade Promotion Competition Licence No.: 51793 & 51794). By participating in the activity, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the activity.
4. Each participant must access the “MTR Advertising The Best of the Best 2017 Online Voting” web page and fill in the information of name, email address or login with facebook account to enter the lucky draw. Participants’ 8-digit contact number is optional to fill in. Upon participant agreement of the terms and conditions of the lucky draw, as well as successful submission of the agreement to the lucky draw server, the participant will automatically receive the entry form of the lucky draw. The participant cannot take part in the lucky draw if she/he fails to provide sufficient personal information.
5. All holders of valid official photo ID cards aged 11 or above on the date of voting are eligible to vote for two award categories. ‘My Favourite Campaign’ & ‘My Favourite Digital Video’.
6. Participants will only be able to vote once in each award category, and each vote must consist of the choice of three campaigns per award category.
7. Participant will be entitled one chance in the draw upon completion of voting for the two award categories.
8. There are total two award categories and participants can only vote once for each award category.
9. The activity period is from 21 Feb 2018 until 20 Mar 2018. The lucky draw will be held on 4 Apr 2018 at the office of JCDecaux Pearl & Dean Limited. The lucky draw results will be announced on 12 Apr 2018 on this website, as well as in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard, as well as on the official website. Winners will be notified by email or by phone on or before 20 Apr 2018.
10. Joining this activity involves mobile network data transfer. This may incur data transfer fee charged by your telecommunication service provider based on the data volume. For Internet connection setting and data transmission charges, please check with your telecommunication service provider for details. The organizer is not liable for any charges involved.
11. The winners of 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize and winners’ prizes will be drawn by computer randomization. Each participant can win a maximum of 1 (one) prize only in the lucky draw. Winners should redeem their prizes by 31 May 2018 and they are required to present a proof of identity and age for prize redemption including but not limited to HKID card and notification letter (if applicable). Any unclaimed prize after the given period will be forfeited. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winners if the information on the proof of identity is different from the one registered for lucky draw entry.
12. The winner of the Instant Prize (Coffee Coupon valued at $31) is the first 4 participants and the first participants of 6:00am-9:00am; 9:01am- 12:00nn; 12:01pm-3:00pm; 3:01pm-6:00pm; 6:01pm-9:00pm; 9:01-12:00am; 12:01am-3:00am (total 7-time slots) per day. If there is no participant in that timeslot, the prize will be given to the second participant of the next time slot, and so on.
13. Participants must ensure that the information provided is authentic and accurate and shall not contain any unauthorized third-party information. Participants will be disqualified from the lucky draw if the information provided is inaccurate, incorrect or omitted. The organizer is not liable for the failure of prize notification to winners due to inaccurate and incorrect information.
14. Participants who provide inaccurate and incorrect information shall be responsible for any losses and damages suffered by the organizer and any third party.
15. The organizer has the right to reject or disqualify the eligibility of participants who provide incorrect personal information, submit duplicate votes and violate Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions or ineligible to participate in the activity and no further notification is needed.
16. The organizer is not responsible for any losses, damages, death or personal injury suffered, caused or involved by participants as a result of the participation of the activity or arising from the use of the prizes.
17. All prizes are non-transferable or non-refundable, nor exchangeable for cash or benefits in kind.
18. If a winner is subsequently disqualified or found to be ineligible for the lucky draw, the organizer reserves the right to withhold the prize, or reclaim the same if awarded.
19. The organizer will not provide any certification and compensation to winners for any loss, damage or stolen once the prize is redeemed.
20. The organizer is not the source supplier of any of the prizes to be awarded in the lucky draw. Any disputes arising from the use or enjoyment of any of the prizes shall be resolved between the winners and the relevant source suppliers. Prize redemption is subject to the operating terms and conditions of the relevant source suppliers, for which the organizer accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever.
21. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions by any participant will result in such participant's disqualification for the Lucky Draw.

23. In relation to the personal data obtained by the organizer from the participants under article 4 above:
    1. the organizer will use it to:
       1. administer and/or process the participation of the participants in the lucky draw
       2. verify the identity of the participants
       3. contact and/or communicate with the participants about the winners, price redemption and/or any other information in connection with the lucky draw
       4. resolve any disputes arising from the lucky draw;
    2. the organizer is entitled to publish and/or announce the name of the winners to the lucky draw in its Facebook Fan Page and/or through any other media as may be chosen by the organizer;
    3. the organizer may disclose or provide such personal data to its agents, employees and appointed service providers involved in this activity but the organizer will also make all reasonable efforts to ensure that such personal data will only be used for the purposes specified in articles 23.1 and 23.2 above and will be destroyed 6 months after the lucky draw; and
    4. Each participant has the right to correct any inaccuracies in his personal data and may also request to obtain a copy of his own personal data. All such correction or request for copy shall be made in writing and address to Marketing Officer, 20/F, Berkshire House, Taikoo Place, 25 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
24. By participating in the lucky draw, the participants are deemed to have agreed and consented to the collection and use of such personal data by the organizer, its agents, employees and appointed service providers involved in this activity for the purposes specified in articles 23.1 and 23.2 above. Children aged below 18 shall only participate in the lucky draw after consultation with their parents or guardians.
